Week 4 Talmage and our school got a special message from our prime minister John Key just after the All Blacks won. Yay! We are famous! Week 3
On Friday we played touch with our buddy readers. We also got to design our own All Blacks shirts. Our shirts are on display in the foyer of area 4.

Week 2
On Wednesday morning room 4b got a big surprise from a special visitor. He or she was in the chicken area.
On Tuesday afternoon, a parent, Mrs Aweidah talked to us about Moslem celebrations. We learned about Ramadan, Eid Ul Fitr and Eid Ul Adha. Thank you Mrs Aweidah, we enjoyed listening to you. She brought a special lantern to show us.
This week we completed painting our 2D and 3D owls with Mrs Murray. We were inspired to draw Crumpet, the Cat after reading the big book last term. We completed these pictures and they are on display in our room. We have aslo started practice in long jump, hurdles and sprints for our athletics in week 4.
We had some visitors at school for our Green Gold Reflection Day and the chicken monitors got to talk about the Waka chickens.
